Eng. Maitha Alblooshi

Eng. Maitha Alblooshi is an accomplished electronics engineer and a dedicated youth leader. She is the founder of Be You, an initiative aimed at empowering and inspiring the youth. Currently, she holds the position of Scrum Master at one of the largest banks in the UAE, where she applies her technical expertise and leadership skills to drive agile project management. Additionally, Maitha serves as the Director of Diversity in Sustainability and Innovation and as an Advisory Board Member at EXHub Holding, where she champions inclusive and sustainable practices in innovation and provides strategic guidance.

Passion and Vision
Maitha’s passion extends beyond her professional career. She is an enthusiastic host and speaker at public events, with a strong desire to motivate and inspire Emirati women. Her goal is to serve as a living example of what young, vibrant Emirati women can achieve, sharing her life experiences and lessons learned to uplift others.
